Data we collect

We only collect what the service needs to work:

• Account information: your name, email address and a securely hashed form of your password.
• Event information: event name, date, cover images and the gallery settings you configure.
• Uploaded content: photos and videos uploaded by you or your guests, plus fields such as the name or note attached to them.
• Payment information: payments are processed by licensed providers (e.g. PayTR, Stripe); your card details are never stored on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session identifiers and cookies required for the service to function.

How we use data

• To create your galleries, store uploaded media and let you view it.
• To manage your account, verify your identity and keep it secure.
• To process payments and billing.
• To send essential service notices (email verification, event status, etc.).
• To improve the service and prevent abuse and fraud.

Uploaded photos and videos

Media uploaded by your guests belongs only to that event’s gallery and is made available to the event owner. Content is held in secure cloud object storage.

When you delete a gallery or individual media, the related files are removed from storage. Complete removal from backups may take a reasonable period.

Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following cases and only to the extent needed:

• With the suppliers that run the service (cloud storage, email delivery, payment providers, error monitoring).
• When required by a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority.
• In the event of a transfer or merger of the service, provided the protections in this policy remain in force.

Retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. When you delete your account or events, the related data is removed within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law (including Türkiye’s KVKK, Law No. 6698), you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to its processing and to learn the parties it has been shared with. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference and run the service securely. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but blocking some may make parts of the service unusable.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we update the date at the top of this page and notify you where required.
