These terms govern your use of the Buradaydık.co service. By using the service you agree to the terms below.
The service
Buradaydık.co lets you create a private photo and video gallery for your events, accessed via a QR code. Your guests upload content to the gallery and you collect and manage it in one place.
Account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for your account security and for keeping your password confidential.
- You must meet the applicable age and legal-capacity requirements to use the service.
Content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the content uploaded to your event and for having the right to share it. The following content is prohibited:
- Content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights or is shared without permission.
- Material that violates copyright, personality rights or privacy.
- Malware, spam or content that abuses the service.
Rights in content
You own the content you upload. To provide the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content in your gallery. This licence exists only to operate the service.
Payments and plans
- Prices and the scope of paid plans are shown at the time of purchase.
- Payments are collected through licensed payment providers.
- Refund and withdrawal terms apply as stated on the plan’s purchase page and under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Attempting to damage the infrastructure, gain unauthorised access or interfere with others’ use is prohibited.
Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Keeping a backup of your content is your responsibility.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
